Nae and Case will be present at the 1st Conference on Protection for Users of Communications Services

Victor Drobinic, Director of Nae Colombia, and Luis Molina, Managing Director and Founder of Case, will address over-the-top services and quality measurements

The 1st Conference on Protection for Users of Communications Services will take place in Santa Marta (Colombia) on November 26th and 27th of this year.

The aim of the event is to promote a culture that respects and protects the rights of users by analyzing the challenges of Colombia’s existing system in order to guarantee the transparency, accuracy, and usefulness of information. The debate will focus on the perspectives of businesses, the government, and consumers to cover the entire scope of the ICT industry.

Attendees include David Luna, Colombia’s Minister of ICT, and representatives from Claro, Movistar, and Asomóvil.

 Victor Drobinic, Director of Nae Colombia, will participate in a panel on over-the-top services, and Luis Molina, Managing Director and Founder of Case, will give a presentation on measuring the quality of telecommunications services.
