Juan Sadurní, the new Director of Nae in Mexico
The arrival of Sadurní bolsters our position as leaders in the telecommunications segment and expands our reach into other industries and sectors
Backed by more than 25 years of experience in consulting and banking services, and having led the digital transformation of large institutions, Juan Sadurní is viewed as one of the most influential Hispanic professionals in the tech and finance sectors.
Juan has vast expertise in strategy and operations management. He has also spent many years creating, training and leading teams, and helping business units carry out their digital transformation: “My passion is to optimize the performance of companies and people by integrating technology, excellent management and the experience individuals have to offer,” he explained.
Based on Nae’s strategy in Mexico, the company plans to triple its turnover in the country, strengthen its position as an industry leader in the telecommunications segment, and expand its reach into other industries and organizations, both public and private. Juan is holds a Bachelor in Actuarial Sciences from the University of Anahuac and a Master’s in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School.
Since 2014, he has led a number of departments at Accenture in Mexico, including its Digital team. He has also founded and led startups such as Symmetros and Alza Capital, and worked as the Chief of Staff for the Secretariat of Communications and Transportation of Mexico. Additionally, he is a member of the board of directors of Finvivir, the Monterrey Digital Hub and Sequor.
